add water to steam the hot dogs and buns. It will hold 72 hot dogs and 40 buns

Steam time takes 1 hour to fully cook the hot dogs on full temperature settings,

once the hot dogs are fully cooked please reduce temperature settings to prevent buns from getting soggy
